My direct experience of a variety of services and clientele, inform my ability to support practitioners in a variety of roles across the human services sector.
Areas of professional experience in external supervision also include; forensic disability specialist case coordination, sexual health, maternal and child health, coroners court and legal advocacy, to name a few..
As an international supervisor, I meet the industry requirement of; ‘suitably qualified and experienced’.
I am recognised and insured through membership of professional organisations in both hemispheres, the Australian Association of Social workers and the British Association of Social workers.

A little more about my career so far…
As an independent consultant and in particular roles, I have contributed to the creation of projects for World Vision and UNICEF. This has involved the designing and delivering of training programs to local support services in Thailand, Laos and Maldives on topics including; 'Understanding and working with complex trauma and the potential impacts on workers’ and ‘Child sexual abuse response and prevention’.
As a part of working in the sexual and family violence field, I have co-written papers on group work and grooming, designed advanced training for sexual assault practitioners and participated on many panels. I have also shared some of this work at International Narrative Therapy conferences and been a member of (and for a period, chairperson) an independant sexual assault service, for more than 12 years.
The majority of my career has been in Australia, with a recent move to the UK extending my availability to a global audience.
I provide the majority of my services online and have clients in both hemispheres.
