Meet Jacqui

I am passionate about enhancing the practice and wellbeing of professionals who witness suffering, and work to support change in the lives of individuals and communities.

I believe effective supervision is an essential requirement of professional practice.

My practice is informed by research, theory, and more than 30 years of practice wisdom.

I have extensive experience in human services, in particular work with relational trauma and gendered violence.

I work together with the individual practitioners, team or senior leadership, to navigate the safest and most effective path, in what can be demanding and impactful work.

What clients say about individual and/or group sessions

“Jacqui's style of supervision is considered, collaborative and values driven and our sessions have offered some of the most reflexive and thought provoking discussions of my entire career.”

“The provision of effective therapeutic supervision for practitioners impacts the retention of critical knowledge, skills and professional wisdom in the field."

“People drawn to this work often come with a vulnerability to placing their own wellbeing requirements aside in order to meet the requirements of the role.

With quality therapeutic supervision, these practitioners have the opportunity to discover how to navigate these at times competing demands; sustaining and supporting themselves, while shaping teams and workplaces to meet their right to safe professional spaces in which they can thrive."
